4. 泊位作业效率（berth productivity）：单位为集装箱每小时
5. 单次到港平均标准箱量（average teu per arrival）：单位为标准箱（Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit，简称TEU）
6. 平均海关申报时长（average customs declaration）：单位为天
7. 仓储容量（storage capacity）：单位为TEU

#### 响应变量说明：
