Clogmia albipunctata larvae influence the odour dynamics of rotting organic matter

This Excel file contains the raw data of the research article "Clogmia albipunctata larvae influence the odour dynamics of rotting organic matter", published in Entomologia Experimentalis et Applicata by van Hof et al. The first sheet contains the raw data of the hedonic scaling experiment performed with volunteers at Naturalis Biodiversity Center. The rating ranges from -5 (very unpleasant) to 5 (very pleasant). The treatment can either be treatment (t) or control (c). Medium can either be nettle sludge (n) or sewage sludge (s). The second sheet contains the raw data of the chemical analysis performed with PTR-ToF-MS. The container number and group, which can be nettle sludge control (nc), nettle sludge treatment (nt), sewage sludge control (sc) or sewage sludge treatment (st) are shown. OAV values for each compound measured in each container are calculated using thresholds found in the literature, for which the reference is also noted.
