Network time-courses for multiple subjects

The data consists of resting-state fMRI network time-courses of 405 subjects. Each time-course has 148 time-points (TR = 2seconds). 50 networks are estimated by Independent Components Analysis (ICA).And the code is used for estimation of frequency modes in the given network time-courses and estimation of conditional co-occurrences of the pairs of modes.

本数据集包含405名受试者的静息态功能磁共振成像（resting-state fMRI）网络时间序列。每条时间序列包含148个时间点（重复时间TR=2秒）。通过独立成分分析（Independent Components Analysis, ICA）共估计得到50个脑网络。配套代码可用于对给定的网络时间序列开展频率模态估计，以及模态配对的条件共现性计算。
