This dataset accompanies the systematic review and network meta-analysis titled "Locoregionally Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma in the Era of Intensity-Modulated Radiotherapy: A Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis". The study comprehensively compares the efficacy and safety of nine intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT)-based treatment strategies for locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (LANPC), integrating evidence from 11 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with 4004 patients. Contents: Extracted study-level data (e.g., treatment arms, progression-free survival, overall survival, recurrence rates, adverse events). R code for Bayesian network meta-analysis using GEMTC and JAGS. Supplementary materials, including risk of bias assessments and SUCRA rankings. Key outcomes analyzed: Primary: Progression-free survival (PFS). Secondary: Overall survival (OS), locoregional recurrence-free survival (LRRFS), distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS), and grade ≥3 adverse events (AEs). This dataset supports the conclusions that induction chemotherapy plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy with PD-1 inhibitor (IC-CRT-PD1) offers superior PFS and DMFS benefits in LANPC patients treated with IMRT, particularly in high-risk subgroups. The code and data provided can be used to reproduce the network meta-analysis results or adapt the methodology for similar studies.
