Features and problematic sites of the inferred sequence of the MRCA of MTBC

This record contains: A GenBank file with features from Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (accession number: AL123456.3) and the genome sequence of the inferred most recent common ancestor (MRCA) of the M. tuberculosis complex (MTBC), as described by Comas et al., 2010 (DOI: 10.1038/ng.590 & 10.5281/zenodo.15112013). A VCF file with problematic genome sites, based on the Illumina blind spots in the M. tuberculosis genome reported by Modlin et al., 2021 (DOI: 10.1099/mgen.0.000465 & 10.5281/zenodo.3701840) combined with added in-house masking of repetitive regions. Genomic coordinates match the H37Rv coordinates and are equivalent in both cases.
