We focused on three native species in the Inner Mongolia Grassland: 1) a dominant C<sub>3</sub> grass with the highest <i>H</i> (homeostatic), <i>Leymus chinensis</i>, 2) a subdominant grass, <i>Cleistogenes squarrosa</i> with low <i>H</i>, and 3) a minor forb, <i>Chenopodium glaucum </i>with the lowest <i>H </i>. To test our predictions with a long-term N addition study to assess changes in species abundances with N enrichment over time, and we used a sand culture experiment to assess changes in <i>H</i> with long-term N addition.
本研究聚焦内蒙古草原的3种本土植物:1)优势C₃禾草羊草(Leymus chinensis),其稳态性(homeostatic,H)指数最高;2)亚优势禾草糙隐子草(Cleistogenes squarrosa),其稳态性指数较低;3)次要杂类草灰绿藜(Chenopodium glaucum),其稳态性指数最低。为验证相关预测,本研究通过长期氮添加试验评估氮富集随时间变化对物种多度的影响,并采用砂培实验探究长期氮添加对植物稳态性指数的影响。
