3D geometry of calcite crystal during dissolution

This repository release contains details of chemical analyses of the aqueous samples and the 3D imaging research data in the manuscript by Noiriel et al. (2020) published by Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta as " Examination of crystal dissolution in 3D: a way to reconcile dissolution rates in the laboratory?", https://doi.org/10.1016/j.gca.2020.01.003 The Excel table corresponds to the chemical analyses of Ca2+ and pH at the inlet and outlet of the reactor during the crystal dissolution experiments The 3D imaging data correspond to the 3D crystal geometry of the sub-sampled volumes after processing at different dissolution stages of the experiment (t0 to t3). The format is 8bit binary, stored into a 1D array, with no header, and the size (x,y,z) is included in the file name. The crystal is set to 1 and the air to 0. The size of each file is about 1.6 Gb.
