MeSF promoted the tube formation of HUVECs in vitro. In vitro angiogenesis assay was used to test the ability of MeSF to promote the tube formation of HUVECs. (A) In control group, cells were seeded in blank well. In Matrigel 354230 group, HUVECs were seeded in well coated with Matrigel 354230 which was used as a positive control. In MeSF group, HUVECs were seeded in well coated with MeSF hydrogel. In the MeSF group, the tube formed in 72 h and are indicated by black arrows. Scale bar: 500 μm. MeSF可在体外促进人脐静脉内皮细胞(Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells, HUVECs)的管腔形成。本研究通过体外血管生成实验,验证了MeSF促进HUVECs管腔形成的能力。(A) 对照组:细胞接种于未包被的培养孔中;基质胶(Matrigel)354230组:将HUVECs接种于包被Matrigel 354230的培养孔内,作为阳性对照;MeSF组:将HUVECs接种于包被MeSF水凝胶的培养孔中。MeSF组培养72小时后形成的管腔以黑色箭头标注,比例尺:500 μm。(B) 采用ImageJ 1.52q1.52v软件,对与水凝胶共培养的HUVECs的管腔连接点数量进行定量分析。
