The movie shows an embryo expressing Dorsal-GFP together with PND-HA-CactDN fusion protein, imaged under low power blue light only (488 nm, 3.1%) initiating at nc12 and continuing until late nc14/gastrulation over a period of ~75 min. Snapshots from the movie are shown in Fig 9D–9D“‘.
