1. The data in the "touying" folder is calculated by MCNP simulation. 2. The program in the "caijian" folder includes two functions. The function of the "tiaozheng" program is to calculate the coordinates of the upper and lower boundaries of the sensitive area of the radioactive source and the detector at each angle after the rotation according to the five known positions initially at 0 degrees, and then calculate the track length matrix of each detection position at each angle according to the obtained coordinates. 3. The data in the "osem" folder is the projection data and clipping matrix data obtained through the above two steps. Use the osem algorithm to reconstruct the attenuation sparse value of each voxel, and then use three evaluation parameters to compare and analyze the reconstruction value with the preset value.
