This dataset documents the spatial distribution of wetland changes during the period from 1990 to 2015. By comparing two sets of remote sensing image data for Japan acquired in 1990 and 2015, it analyzes the variations in wetlands and water bodies across the entire territory of Japan, providing data support and theoretical basis for wetland conservation and utilization as well as land resource management.
