Massively Parallel Binding Assay (MPBA) reveals limited transcription factor cooperation, challenging models of specificity

We provide the data collected using the method MPBA, allowing parallel measurement of TF binding to thousands of DNA sequence-variants within cells. The method was applied to quantify binding of dozens of transcription factors (TFs) to libraries of mutated regulatory regions, systematically screening all motif combinations.本研究提供了采用MPBA方法采集的数据集，该方法可在细胞内对数千种DNA序列变异体与转录因子（Transcription Factors，TFs）的结合进行并行检测。该方法被应用于定量分析数十种转录因子与突变调控区域文库的结合能力，并系统性筛选所有基序（motif）组合。
