Knowledge, Attitudes, and Readiness of Pharmacy Faculty toward Competency-Based Learning in Syrian Universities: A Cross-Sectional Study

this dataset underpins a research study conducted to assess the knowledge and awareness of faculty members at Syrian pharmacy colleges regarding combetency based learning (CBL) approaches. the uploaded files contain the two core analytical components of this research: 1- research hypotheses 2-statistical figures the faculty's current knowledge base, their readniess for CBL implemention and the identified barriers. data were collected via a structured validated questionnaire distributed to faculty members across various public and private pharmacy institutios in Syria. the statistical analysis was performed using standard analytical software, and the resulting descriptive and inferential statistics are fully presented in the accompanying figures.
