利用电渗析技术评估餐饮垃圾和厨余垃圾厌氧消化物的脱盐性能数据集主要面向餐厨垃圾的厌氧消化技术研究、高盐消化液中的脱盐需求建设，基于采用电渗析以评估成熟和新鲜厌氧消化物的脱盐性能以及营养物质的实验，主要记录了消化物中的钙离子含量、镁离子含量、钠离子含量、钾离子含量和氯离子含量，数据量16KB。
This dataset, focusing on evaluating the desalination performance of anaerobic digestates from food waste and kitchen waste via electrodialysis, is constructed for research on anaerobic digestion technology of kitchen waste and the desalination demands of high-salt digestate. Based on experiments utilizing electrodialysis to assess the desalination performance and nutrient characteristics of mature and fresh anaerobic digestates, it mainly records the contents of calcium ions, magnesium ions, sodium ions, potassium ions and chloride ions in the digestates, with a total data size of 16 KB.
