使用喷墨打印制备QDCC (Quantum Dot Color Convertor)器件,优化挡墙及滤光片提升显示器件出光效率及色域,开发了高色转换效率及色域覆盖率CdSe量子点器件,以及环保型InP量子点器件;通过在Micro LED芯片中间制备遮光层减少了蓝光漏光,有效降低了光串扰,内含1个数据集说明文件,1个数据分析图表文件。

Fabricate QDCC (Quantum Dot Color Convertor) devices via inkjet printing, optimize the barrier walls and optical filters to enhance the light extraction efficiency and color gamut of display devices. Develop CdSe quantum dot devices with high color conversion efficiency and color gamut coverage, as well as eco-friendly InP quantum dot devices. By fabricating a light-shielding layer between Micro LED chips, blue light leakage is reduced and optical crosstalk is effectively mitigated. This dataset contains 1 dataset description document and 1 data analysis chart file.
