该数据包含2023年至今惠州市仲恺区运营计划信息，通过政府购买公交服务的模式，对仲恺区内的公交公司及公交线路实行统一TC结算，以提高公交线路运行的效率和市民的满意度。为了有助于防止人为误差出现，提高准确率，现建设仲恺TC智能管理系统，通过运用信息化的管理手段，接入GPS数据信息，实现运营计划审核、对比，通过建设运营管理模块，使管理科学化、流程化、结算自动化，提高工作的效率，减少人为的误差。并通过系统下的服务安全考评模块对公交服务进行考评，以提高服务水平。

This dataset encompasses operation plan information related to Zhongkai District, Huizhou City from 2023 to the present. Under the government-purchased public transport service model, unified TC settlement is implemented for bus companies and bus routes within Zhongkai District, aiming to enhance the operational efficiency of bus routes and public satisfaction. To mitigate human errors and improve accuracy, the Zhongkai TC Intelligent Management System is now being constructed. By leveraging informational management means and integrating GPS data, the system enables the review and comparison of operation plans. Through the development of the operation management module, it realizes scientific and process-oriented management, automated settlement, improved work efficiency, and reduced human errors. Additionally, the service safety assessment module integrated in the system conducts evaluations for public transport services to further elevate service quality.
