Stimulate human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with two cytokines, IL-4 and IL-7, and compare signaling over time in B cells and T cells.
Conclusion:
B cells were identified as CD20+ CD5- (B2 B cells) and T cells were identified as CD5+ CD20-. Other PBMCs are also present within the tube (CD5- CD20-).
