Viromics reveals the diversity of viruses in the sediment of wetland environment

Viral diversity and composition in the environmental sediment of Xixi Wetland in Hangzhou, China were revealed by virological analysis. At the same time, the conventional water quality indicators of the water body were monitored to reveal the interaction between viral microorganisms and environmental factors.
