AFM_RawData_Seeger

Included are raw data files for all AFM and optical fluorescence images. AFM images have been converted to .png files using the open access software, Gwyddion, for the following channels: Height, Peak Force Error and Stiffness (DMT Modulus).<br>All experiments were conducted using a ScanAsyst-Fluid cantilever, with a nominal spring constant of 0.7 N/m.

本数据集包含所有原子力显微镜（AFM）与光学荧光成像的原始数据文件。针对高度（Height）、峰值力误差（Peak Force Error）及刚度（Stiffness，DMT模量）三类成像通道，已通过开源软件Gwyddion将原子力显微镜图像转换为.png格式文件。所有实验均采用ScanAsyst-Fluid型悬臂梁完成，其标称弹簧常数为0.7 N/m。
