Differential gene expression of human sclerotic vs stenotic aortic valves, with low and high overlap

Human aortic valve tissue was obtained from patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures. Differential gene expression of human sclerotic vs stenotic aortic valves, with a low (FPKM &gt; 1) and high (FPKM &gt; 100) degrees over overlap.
