Human aortic valve tissue was obtained from patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures. Differential gene expression of human sclerotic vs stenotic aortic valves, with a low (FPKM > 1) and high (FPKM > 100) degrees over overlap. For the low overlap group (Table S4), differential genes expression is demonstrated for the stenotic (Table S2) and sclerotic (Table S3) cohorts.
