to study the effect of long term (Mcl) and short term (DTR) neutropenia on the lung, skin and gut extracellular matrix (ECM) proteome, with a special focus on collagen hydroxylation, and compare it with control animals with normal neutrophil levels (WT), samples from 3 biological replicates per condition (WT, Mcl and DTR) were distributed in three independent Tandem Mass Tag (TMT) 10-plex experiments, one experiment per tissue.
