Small intestine epithelium_spatial fructose+glucose tracing_10min

MALDI imaging mass spec of small intestine epithelium from mice gavaged with isotopically labeled fructose and glucose, collected 10 minutes after gavage. Data acquired in negative ion mode. In each file, first 2 columns are spatial coordinates, the third column is the total ion count, and the fourth column onwards are compound ion counts. n = 8 mice.

本数据集为经同位素标记果糖与葡萄糖灌胃的小鼠小肠上皮组织的基质辅助激光解吸电离（Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization, MALDI）成像质谱数据，于灌胃后10分钟采集完成。数据采集采用负离子模式。每份数据文件中，前两列为空间坐标，第三列为总离子计数，第四列及后续列均为化合物离子计数。实验共使用8只小鼠。
