Detailed Analysis of SARS-CoV-2 transcriptome.

Vero cells were infected by SARS-CoV-2 (Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 virus), RNA was isolated in 16 time points p.i.1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 10h, 12h, 14h, 16h, 18h, 20h, 24h, 36h, 48h, 72h and 96h. 3 biological replicates were made from each time point. Sequencing libraries were prepared after polyA-selection, RNA was reverse transcribed by oligodT primers. The host cell and SARS-CoV-2 virus transcriptomes were sequenced with SQK-DCS109 (Direct cDNA Sequencing) kit on ONT MinION flow cell. Direct RNA sequencing of mixed samples was performed by the SQK-RNA002 kit.
