AC_Chamber_6_Soil_temperature_0.1m

Soil temperature is measured in 5, 10 and 30 cm adjacent to chamber 6 in a continous fen. The soil temperature sensors were installed in 2010 and record the temperature every fifth minute during the growing season, while methane fluxes are measured at the Automatic Chamber station. During winter when no fluxes are measured at the site the soil temperature is measured every hour. Blank cells are missing data.
Data after 2011-01-01 exists, but is not made public in the database, due to drifting zero curtain values. Contact the GeoBasis Zackenberg manager in case of interest.

本数据集在连续泥炭沼泽湿地中，于紧邻6号气室的5cm、10cm及30cm深度处开展土壤温度观测。土壤温度传感器于2010年布设完成，生长季内每5分钟记录一次温度；与此同时，自动气室站（Automatic Chamber station）同步开展甲烷通量观测。冬季站点无通量观测期间，土壤温度改为每小时记录一次。表格中空值代表缺失数据。
2011年1月1日之后的观测数据虽已生成，但因存在零幕值漂移现象，未在数据库中公开。如有使用需求，请联系GeoBasis Zackenberg项目负责人。
