Physiochemical Properties of AP2-EREBP Transcription Factor Proteins of Grapes.

Bio-computational analysis revealed uneven distribution of 137 AP2/EREBP protein encoding genes through out the plant genome. Bash scripts was used to process and assemble the information under captions TF Name, Peptide Sequence, Length, Aromaticity, GRAVY, pI, M.w and Ins. index. which is given here.

生物计算分析结果显示，137个编码AP2/EREBP蛋白（AP2/EREBP）的基因在植物基因组中分布不均。本数据集采用Bash脚本对以下标注字段的信息进行处理与整合：转录因子名称 (TF Name)、肽序列 (Peptide Sequence)、长度、芳香性 (Aromaticity)、总平均亲水性 (GRAVY)、等电点 (pI)、分子量 (M.w) 以及不稳定性指数 (Ins. index)，相关信息详见本数据集。
