2018年实验室以不同地理种群果生炭疽菌的孢子液及受其侵染的油茶叶片为对象,通过侵染前后为分组条件的果生炭疽菌转录组分析解析不同地理种群果生炭疽菌的致病机制。数据包括:五指山果生炭疽菌孢子液(CK1)、邵阳果生炭疽菌孢子液(CK2)、五指山果生炭疽菌侵染96hpi油茶叶、邵阳果生炭疽菌侵染96hpi油茶叶。去接头拼接基因转录组序列共24条/68.8G
In 2018, a laboratory performed transcriptome analysis of Colletotrichum fructicola isolates from distinct geographic populations. Using spore suspensions of the fungus and oil tea leaves infected by it as experimental materials, and taking pre- and post-inoculation as grouping criteria, the study aimed to uncover the pathogenic mechanisms of C. fructicola from different geographic populations. The dataset includes: spore suspensions of C. fructicola from Wuzhishan (CK1), spore suspensions of C. fructicola from Shaoyang (CK2), oil tea leaves inoculated with C. fructicola from Wuzhishan for 96 hours post-inoculation (hpi), and oil tea leaves inoculated with C. fructicola from Shaoyang for 96 hpi. A total of 24 adapter-trimmed and de novo assembled transcriptomic sequences with a total data size of 68.8 Gb were generated.
