Atypical evolution of tenon cyst after Ahmed valve implantation

Abstract We describe the case of a patient with secondary glaucoma who developed tenon cyst after Ahmed valve implantation. Despite the initial expectant management and subsequent surgical interventions, only with the micropulse transecleral cyclophotocoagulation did the intraocular pressure reach acceptable values.摘要 本文报告1例继发性青光眼患者在接受Ahmed青光眼引流阀（Ahmed Valve）植入术后并发特农囊囊肿的病例。尽管初始采用了期待疗法，并随后实施了手术干预，但唯有通过经巩膜微脉冲睫状体光凝术（Micropulse Transecleral Cyclophotocoagulation），才使患者的眼压达到可接受的范围。
