Additional file 1. Excel spreadsheet containing a table too wide for A4. Mean per-chromosome ROH-based inbreeding coefficients (FROH) by horse population. Average inbreeding coefficients derived by dividing the length of each chromosome present within ROH by the total length of the corresponding chromosome for individuals from 33 domestic horse breeds and Sable Island feral horses.
