资源简介:
The main pathophysiological characteristics of Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension are hypoxia-induced pulmonary vascular constriction and structure remodeling, which mainly caused by the abnormal activation of local vascular constriction systems in lungs and the aberrant proliferation of pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells respectively. Hypoxia could induce transcriptional changes in pulmonary vascular tissue. To construction Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension animal modal, mice were randomly divided into three groups control and normoxia or hypobaric hypoxia environment for one week or two weeks. Animals were sacrificed and the pulmonary artery was separated from lung collected and stored at liquid nitrogen. Total RNA was isolated with Trizol and used for transcriptome sequencing.
