为了建立三亚站长期监测本底数据库，便于生态系统的研究利用，对三亚湾海域12个观测站点每季度一次，每站点分三个层次（表中低）采样，进行浮游生物的种类和生物量调查
To establish a long-term monitoring baseline database for Sanya Station and facilitate research and application of the local marine ecosystem, quarterly sampling was conducted at 12 observation stations in the Sanya Bay waters. At each station, samples were collected from three layers (surface, middle and bottom) to investigate the species composition and biomass of plankton.
