Duodenogastric reflux (DGR) is closely associated with gastric inflammation and tumorigenesis; however, the precise mechanism is unclear. Hence, we aim to clarify this molecular mechanism and design an effective therapeutic strategy based on it. PMA-differentiated U937 cells were stimulated with Deoxycholic Acid (DCA) to mimic DGR model in vitro. 48 hours later, cells were collected and subjected to RNA-Seq.
