Amounts are in μg compound/g dry seed. Three biological replicates were done, each consisting of a pooled sample of two seeds. The plants producing these seeds were grown in field conditions. T1 and T3 indicate seed generation. HPLC results from the T1 generation of this event are shown for comparison.*Indicates that this data was used in t-test analysis.
