HybPiper_BLASTx extraction file from the respective Thladiantha-specific references

Initially, this gff file was processed by a python script (prepare_hybpiper_gff.py) to add the missing information of the locus name. This file was created by the HybPiper_BLASTx using the reference file. Further, it was used for comparison with Captus and SECAPR.

本数据集所使用的GFF文件（General Feature Format）最初经Python脚本prepare_hybpiper_gff.py处理，补充了缺失的基因座（locus）名称信息。该文件由HybPiper_BLASTx基于参考文件生成，后续被用于与Captus及SECAPR进行比对分析。
