Exon Expression Changes in the Spinal Cords of Lewis Rats with Myelin Basic Protein-Induced Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE)

In these data sets we include the exon expression data obtained from total RNA preparations from the spinal cords of female Lewis rats sacrificed at the clinical peak of MBP induced EAE and age matched , untreated, healthy controls.本数据集包含源自两类样本的外显子表达数据（exon expression data）：一类来自在髓鞘碱性蛋白（Myelin Basic Protein, MBP）诱导的实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎（Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis, EAE）临床发病峰值阶段处死的雌性Lewis大鼠的脊髓总RNA制备物，另一类来自年龄匹配、未接受任何处理的健康对照的脊髓总RNA制备物。
