以木屑、竹屑为原料，磷酸为活化剂，原料经低温预热解处理后，使用粉碎机超细化粉碎，将粉碎原料与磷酸溶液混合，并进行真空捏合，再挤出硬化，硬化后切粒活化，活化后经漂洗、过滤、筛分、干燥，即得成品活性炭。
Using wood sawdust and bamboo sawdust as raw materials and phosphoric acid as the activating agent, the raw materials are first subjected to low-temperature pre-pyrolysis treatment, followed by ultrafine pulverization with a pulverizer. The pulverized feedstock is then mixed with phosphoric acid solution, and undergoes vacuum kneading, extrusion and curing. After curing, the mixture is granulated and activated. Finally, the activated products are rinsed, filtered, sieved and dried to produce the finished activated carbon.
