Yeast strain lacking the two genes SSA1 and SSA2, which encode cytosolic chaperones, acquires thermotolerance as well as the mild heat-shocked wild-type yeast strain缺失SSA1与SSA2两个编码胞质分子伴侣（cytosolic chaperones）基因的酵母菌株，其获得的耐热性（thermotolerance）可与经轻度热激的野生型酵母菌株相当。
