Dataset from the field study on Soviet Nostalgia in Uzbekistan

This dataset presents the findings of a study conducted in different regions of Uzbekistan between June 9 and August 31, 2025. The primary objective of the research is to examine nostalgic tendencies toward the Soviet era in Uzbek society within a sociological and historical context. The data was collected online from a total of 120 participants, primarily using a convenience sampling method. The main demographic variables include age, gender, education level, occupational group, and place of residence. This dataset is a valuable resource for researchers working on collective memory, identity construction, and political culture in post-Soviet Uzbekistan.
