無人機偏鄉物流運送服務驗證計畫(1/2)-服務模式規劃與系統發展

交通部運輸研究所自民國109年起辦理無人機整合示範系列計畫，已完成無人機物流運送場域測試之概念驗證；而本研究銜接前期計畫成果，聚焦於「偏鄉緊急運補」及「離島物流配送」2類情境，著重於無人機物流服務模式規劃及相關系統發展(包含物流無人機、物流服務軟體及無人機交通管理等系統)，同時累積實際營運經驗及測試數據，以做為推動下階段商業驗證之依據。

The Transportation Research Institute of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications has launched a series of integrated drone demonstration projects since 2020 (the 109th year of the Republic of China), and has completed the proof of concept for field tests of drone logistics delivery. Building upon the outcomes of the aforementioned prior projects, this study focuses on two scenarios: "emergency supply and replenishment in remote rural areas" and "logistics delivery on outlying islands". It prioritizes the planning of drone logistics service models and the development of related systems, including logistics drones, logistics service software, and unmanned aerial vehicle traffic management systems. Meanwhile, this study accumulates actual operational experience and test data to serve as the foundation for advancing commercial validation in the next phase.
