Identification of miRNAs in Response to Bacterial Leaf Streak in Rice

Bacterial leaf streak (Bacterial Leaf Streak, BLS) is a bacterial disease of rice that causes severe yield loss. MiRNA (microRNA) is a kind of short non-coding RNA widely involved in plant and animal growth and development and stress response.However, the research on the miRNA-mRNA regulatory module of rice in response to bacterial leaf streak is still relatively scarce. In this study, miRNA sequencing was used to identify miRNAs in response to bacterial leaf streak infection in rice.
