Characteristics of chloroplast morphology and ultrastructure of constructive plant species in the arid region of the middle and lower reaches of the Heihe River Basin. The material numbers are consistent with those in the sampling sheet. This dataset includes transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images of chloroplast morphology and ultrastructure of 60 dominant plant species. Morphological features including chloroplast morphology, thylakoid grana lamellae and stroma morphology, starch grain content, and osmiophilic granule morphology can all be reflected in the images.
