资源简介:
Thermo dimorphic fungus talaromyces marneffei (T.M.) is a major opportunistic pathogen in south-east Asian, which is one of the common human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) associated opportunistic fungal infections. Currently, the rate of infection and mortality of HIV/TM co-infection are increasing worldwide. However, the mechanisms underlying TM infection and impact of TM on HIV have yet been clearly elucidated. Accumulating studies have found that N6-methyladenosine (m6A) was involved in various diseases. Specific roles of m6A in HIV/TM infection are poorly understood. In this study, we performed methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MERIP-seq) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to analysis m6A modifications of HIV/TM infection.
