This dataset comprises precipitation observation data from rainfall stations in the Xindiangou Basin during the period of 2021 to 2022. Located in Suide County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, the Xindiangou Basin is a first-order tributary of the Wuding River. One rainfall station has been installed at the experimental site within this basin, where parallel observations are conducted using a DSJ2-type siphonic self-recording rain gauge and a SM1-type conventional rain gauge with a 20 cm caliber. The conventional rain gauge will be used as a replacement when the self-recording rain gauge malfunctions.
