Data contains information about the following featuers for every MSOA in England and Wales with an MOT centre:1. Income2. Houseprice3. Electricity consumption4. Index of Multiple Deprivation5. Rural/Urban Classification6. PV solar panel count7. Public electric vehicle (EV) charger count8. Private EV charger grants given9. EV count<br>msoa_today_steady.csv contains data at a single point in time (updated April 2021)<br><br>msoa_full_updated_ev_count_onehotencode.csv contains monthly data from 01/01/2014-01/04/2021 with the categorical features (RUC) one hot encoded.<br><br>

本数据集收录英格兰和威尔士所有设有机动车年检中心（MOT centre）的中等超级输出区（MSOA）的如下特征信息：1. 收入水平；2. 住宅价格；3. 电力消耗量；4. 多维贫困指数（Index of Multiple Deprivation）；5. 城乡分类（Rural/Urban Classification）；6. 光伏太阳能板装机量；7. 公共电动汽车（Electric Vehicle, EV）充电桩数量；8. 私人电动汽车充电桩补贴发放额；9. 电动汽车保有量。<br>msoa_today_steady.csv 包含单时间点数据集，更新于2021年4月。<br><br>msoa_full_updated_ev_count_onehotencode.csv 包含2014年1月1日至2021年4月1日的月度数据，其中分类特征（城乡分类RUC）已完成独热编码（one hot encode）。
