Frequency Domain Optical Tomography Dataset

This dataset contains two-dimensional numerical optical tomography data in the frequency domain. The data is simulated using the Monte Carlo method for light transport. The dataset includes the simulated complex exitance,  calculated amplitude and phase of the complex exitance, the absorption and scattering distributions, and the corresponding meshes.  A MATLAB script is provided to visualize the absorption and scattering distributions, the amplitude and phase of the exitance, and the meshes. 

This dataset supports an upcoming publication, "Machine Learning Enhanced Image Reconstruction in Optical Tomography using the Monte Carlo Method for Light Transport".
