These datasets are the raw Fcs file of the transplantation experiments reported in the article titled "<b>Low Dose Post-transplant Cyclophosphamide and Sirolimus Induce Mixed Chimerism with CTLA4-Ig or Lymphocyte Depletion in an MHC-Mismatched Murine Allotransplantation Model</b>". Each file contains several time point analyses as well as the prism files that were used to create the article figures.
