Comparison of several foods consumed in Cameroon

The following comparison table aims at describing the different foods consumed in Cameroon. It contributes to reply to the research question: what are the foods eaten in different African countries. This comparison table provides the name of the food, its form and the different ingredients used during its preparation. Future version will integrate for each food, the food component described in the related scientific paper.下述对比表旨在描述喀麦隆境内的各类食用食品。本对比表有助于回应如下研究问题：不同非洲国家民众日常食用的食品品类有哪些。该对比表列明了食品名称、形态及制备过程中所使用的各类配料。后续版本将为每一款食品补充相关科学文献中记载的食品组分数据。
