原真地理特征与生态文明模式分类、调查与数据采集标准规范（2020年）

原真地理特征：受人类活动干扰少，保持原真特性、保存较为完整的地理特征。生态文明模式是人类尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然，并合理利用自然，具有榜样示范作用，可模仿、可复制的人类与自然和谐共生的发展模式。
（1）《原真地理特征分类与代码》规定了：原真地理特征分类原则、分类方法、编码原则、代码组成，以及原真地理特征类目与代码。一级分类（共三级）：地貌特征区、土壤特征区、水域特征区、陆地生态系统特征区和自然遗产特征区。
（2）《原真地理特征调查与数据采集规范》规定了：原真地理特征调查与数据采集的内容、程序、方法和技术要求。原真地理特征调查内容包括：原真地理特征本体信息，以及所处的自然环境条件、社会经济条件，开发利用与保护状况等。
（3）《原真地理特征数据库规范》规定了：原真地理特征数据库建设原则、命名规则、数据库表结构与数据字典、建设程序与要求。本标准适用于原真地理特征数据库建设与质量控制，原真地理特征调查与数据采集、数据处理与使用。
（4）《生态文明模式分类与代码》规定了：生态文明模式分类原则、分类方法、编码原则与代码组成，以及其类目与代码。生态文明模式分为：自然保护与生态环境修复治理、生态农林牧业发展、新型城镇与绿色工业发展3个一级类。
（5）《生态文明模式调查与数据采集规范》规定了：生态文明模式调查与数据采集的内容、程序、方法和技术要求。生态文明模式调查内容包括：生态文明模式本体信息，以及所在区域的自然环境条件、社会经济条件和民族民俗文化信息。
（6）《生态文明模式数据库规范》规定了：生态文明模式数据库建设原则、命名规则、数据库表结构与数据字典、建设程序与要求。适用于生态文明模式数据库建设与质量控制，生态文明模式调查与数据采集、数据处理与使用。

Pristine geographic features refer to geographical characteristics that have been rarely disturbed by human activities, retained their original natural attributes, and are relatively well-preserved. The Ecological Civilization Model is a development model featuring harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, where humans respect, adapt to, protect and rationally utilize nature, and serves as an exemplary and replicable benchmark.
(1) "Classification and Codes for Pristine Geographic Features" specifies the classification principles, classification methods, coding principles, code composition, as well as the categories and corresponding codes for pristine geographic features. The primary classification (consisting of three levels in total) covers geomorphic feature zones, soil feature zones, water area feature zones, terrestrial ecosystem feature zones, and natural heritage feature zones.
(2) "Specification for Investigation and Data Collection of Pristine Geographic Features" specifies the contents, procedures, methods and technical requirements for the investigation and data collection of pristine geographic features. The investigation contents include the entity information of the pristine geographic features themselves, as well as the natural environmental conditions, social and economic conditions, development and utilization status, and protection status of their surrounding areas.
(3) "Specification for Pristine Geographic Feature Databases" specifies the construction principles, naming rules, database table structures and data dictionaries, as well as construction procedures and requirements for the construction of pristine geographic feature databases. This standard is applicable to the construction and quality control of pristine geographic feature databases, as well as the investigation, data collection, data processing and utilization of pristine geographic features.
(4) "Classification and Codes for Ecological Civilization Models" specifies the classification principles, classification methods, coding principles, code composition, as well as the categories and corresponding codes for ecological civilization models. Ecological civilization models are divided into three primary categories: nature conservation and ecological environment restoration and governance, ecological agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry development, and new urbanization and green industrial development.
(5) "Specification for Investigation and Data Collection of Ecological Civilization Models" specifies the contents, procedures, methods and technical requirements for the investigation and data collection of ecological civilization models. The investigation contents include the entity information of the ecological civilization models themselves, as well as the natural environmental conditions, social and economic conditions and ethnic folk culture information of their located regions.
(6) "Specification for Ecological Civilization Model Databases" specifies the construction principles, naming rules, database table structures and data dictionaries, as well as construction procedures and requirements for the construction of ecological civilization model databases. This standard is applicable to the construction and quality control of ecological civilization model databases, as well as the investigation, data collection, data processing and utilization of ecological civilization models.
