Huntington's disease (HD) and control GLAST-postive induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived astrocytes underwent single-nucleus RNA-sequencing to investigate cell state diversity across control and HD patient-derived astrocytes. Single-nucleus RNA-sequencing of control and HD iPSC-derived GLAST-positive astrocytes. Cells were processed using the 10x Genomics single-cell platform. Libraries were sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 to obtain paired-end 100 reads at >50K reads per cell. Data were processed using CellRanger and gene-by-cell expression matrices were generated and used as input for Seurat.
