Dataset for the study "Parallel DNA Holliday Junctions: Myth or Reality? An Atomistic Molecular Dynamics Study"

This dataset contains the data presented in and required to reproduce the calculations reported in the paper "Parallel DNA Holliday Junctions: Myth or Reality? An Atomistic Molecular Dynamics Study" by Toon Lemmens, Jiří Šponer, Petr Stadlbauer, and Miroslav Krepl. For additional information, please contact the corresponding author, Miroslav Krepl. Due to the storage limitations of Zenodo, all MD trajectories have been saved with a stride of 100 (i.e., every 100th frame is retained). All analyses reported in the manuscript were performed using the original, unstrided trajectories.
