The data includes counted x-ray beams after being produced by using Mo42 as a target element. The x-rays were generated by varying the voltage across the x-ray tube and then diffracted from a NaCl crystal. They were then measured at different angles using a Geiger-Muller counter. Used voltages (in kV) while collecting the data: 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 35 (last one is for calibration) Angles observed diffraction: starting from 3o up to 45o by incrementing 1o at each step Integration interval: 5s Setup used in this experiment is appended in the reference part.
本数据集包含以钼(Mo42)为靶材产生的X射线经计数后的相关数据。该X射线通过调节X射线管两端电压生成,随后经由氯化钠(NaCl)晶体发生衍射。之后使用盖革-米勒计数器(Geiger-Muller counter)在不同角度下对其进行测量。数据采集阶段使用的电压(单位:千伏,kV)为:15、18、21、24、27、30、33、35(最后一组电压用于校准)。观测到衍射信号的角度范围为3°至45°,每步以1°为间隔递增。积分时长为5秒。本实验所用的实验装置详见参考文献部分。
